No. Workforce+ is a Direct Primary Care membership — a flat monthly fee for unlimited access to our Charleston clinics. It covers urgent care, primary care, basic labs, mental health, DOT and employment physicals, and telehealth during clinic hours. It does not cover hospital stays, surgeries, or specialist visits. Most employers pair Workforce+ with a low-cost catastrophic plan for the rare major event.
Routine work injuries — cuts, sprains, burns, infections — are treated same-day under Fast Urgent Care at $0 per visit. DOT (FMCSA) and basic employment physicals are included at no extra charge, which matters for CDL and regulated roles. Drug screening and broader occupational medicine remain fee-for-service. Workers’ compensation billing is handled separately from membership.
For most employers, yes — healthcare costs you pay for employees are deductible as an employee benefit business expense. Talk to your CPA about your specific situation. Most owners we work with deduct the full Workforce+ membership cost.
Our patients are seen in under 10 minutes 97.3% of the time. If your employee can’t be seen by a provider within 1 hour during business hours, that month is free. Same-day, in-person, virtual, or telehealth — whichever gets them care fastest. We don’t do "we’ll fit you in next Tuesday." That’s the entire point of Direct Primary Care.
Optional add-on: $10 per employee or $25 per family for the RX program. The employer makes one decision for the whole team (cover, payroll deduct, or share the cost) — keeps billing clean. Add it at enrollment or any time during membership.
90-day commitment from sign-up. That’s the window we need to actually onboard your team, get them through the system, and let them feel the difference. After the 90 days, you’re month-to-month — cancel any time, no penalties. We’re betting on the fact that once your team uses it, you’ll want to keep it.
They need to be able to access either our West Ashley or North Charleston clinic for in-person care, and have an SC address on file for telehealth. If your team is on job sites across the Lowcountry, both locations are positioned to be a short drive from most worksites.
